The balance of purpose and presence is a lifelong journey. Together, we can walk this path to find transformation and healing.

  • Woman on cell phone

    Phone Intake

Your journey begins with a brief phone call to go through your struggles and what steps you have already taken. We will review your dynamics at home, work, and life to help determine the best therapeutic approach and schedule your first appointment.

  • Man filling out forms

    Intake

After the brief phone intake, we will go through the full intake process. This will include a full history, assessing risk and harm, completing paperwork and going through questions. Each of these will help with the initial treatment planning.

  • Man multi-tasking with a smile

    Mini Check-In

This optional service can be an in-between session support opportunity. It can be helpful for you to refresh and ground yourself in the work you are doing to heal. We can connect for check-ins over phone, telehealth, or in-person.

  • Woman with dog on a hike

    Individual

Taking care of you can begin with individual therapy sessions. Our goals will focus on what you are facing, from anxiety and depression to processing grief and anger. We can also review how your attachment style and family or work life affects you. Using Dr. John Townsend’s model, we focus on the solutions that are successful for you.

Good Faith Estimate

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate”  explaining how much your medical care will cost.

Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have  insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical  items and services.

• You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.

• Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.

• If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.

• Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.

For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit cms.gov/nosurprises or call the Colorado Division of Insurance at 303-894-7490 or 1-800-930-3745.
